September 28, Character's motor and skits

Today in class:

We brainstormed two different characters, both with the same motor.

Then we put our characters in a skit situation with other characters to see how the character acts.

Then I had people do a 10 minute freewrite in which the writer puts the character in a situation of the writer's choice and sees how the character responds.

I collected writer's notebooks for a notebook check.
